This newly reconstructed cottage for maximum 11 persons is situated in a a wonderfull area by Rip hill and just 30 minutes from Prague. Nearby, you can find many routes for cycling, walking, and many cultural and historical landmarks as well. During your stay you will definitely enjoy sitting by the outside barbeque, sauna or inside fireplace. During summer time, children can enjoy outside swimming pool by the house (240cm).

During your stay you can relax at the cottage, or you can climb up the famous Rip Hill (where our famous patriarch Czech and declared the land around as the country of the Czech´s). You can also visit Machovo Lake, which has a beaches and paddle boats, or cultural landmarks, aquapark, Terezín concentration camp or Prague. The property is perfect for families with children or the groups of friends. You can park in front of the house and there is one private parking place behind the gate.

Smoking is prohibited inside of the house.

This family house is divided into a three floors and is able to accommodate up to a 11 people. You will enter into a sitting room (satellite TV, DVD player, bar, table, chairs) through the ground floor. You can enter on the lower level to the first shower (warm/cold water) or use the sauna. You might follow through a few stairs into an open bar or to the fully equipped kitchen (warm/cold water, kitchen equipment, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster). From the kitchen, you can enter second bathroom (warm/cold water, shower, washing machine) or to the toilet.

Through the entrance room, you can enter upstairs on the first floor where are situated children´s room (2x single bed, 1x extra bed) and bedroom (2x single bed/double bed, 2x extra beds). Above is the attic floor, which you can enter through second bedroom or through the garden. On the attic floor are situated two similar rooms (1x extra bed, 1x fold-out bed 110cm for one person) and toilet.
