Celkově jsme byli spokojení, nic nám nechybělo. Výhoda uzavřeného dvorku - soukromí. Milí pronajímatelé, klidná a příjemná lokalita. Hospůdka v blízkosti.

A very nice and tidy place to stay. Good accommodation, enough equipment for children. The cottage is very close to the mountain Říp and is not far from Roudnice nad Labem and Mělník. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with the owner was great… .

Nice environment in a quiet place under Mount Říp.

Myself, my wife and two kids (aged 16 and 12)had a great time here in the Czech Republic. Although our flight to Prague from London was delayed by two days, the owners of the cottage (Lucie and Michel) kept in touch with us over the internet providing maps and instructions so that we could pick up the keys to the cottage from their home in Prague. The cottage itself was basic but very comfortable, clean, well-kept with two roomy bedrooms and did not lack any amenities. It is located in a small quiet village 30km or so NW of Prague, which can be reached quite easily within 20 minutes. Its location is ideal not just for getting to know Prague but for exploring the beautiful countryside or the many small towns such as Melnik. For those who love shopping, it is only 15 minutes drive from a large mall at Letnany on the outskirts of Prague. Overall we really did have a very good time and know that we”ve left a lot still to explore.

We thank the owners for such a pleasant welcome. I can warmly recommend it to those who like to sleep and relax in a very quiet environment. The cottage is located a short distance from the center of Prague, in a very pleasant environment. It was difficult for us to find our way as we turned left off the main road and approached the village – it could be very deceiving, especially at night. Here’s a tip: open Google Earth and look at the intersection at coordinates 50.18’40.04”N and 14.18’55.96’E. One mistake and you could be driving a lot of kilometers.

We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the owners – they were there to greet us (and able to converse in English!!) And there to say goodbye to us. I was also able to text message/phone the owner at any time and she always gave a prompt reply. The cottage itself was fine for the purpose of our visit – a Christmas get-away! However, bear in mind the following: if going in the winter, buy more wood for the fire (at least 4 more bags if staying for a week). You MUST have a car as this is such a remote place The local shops were not open during Christmas week, but Tesco in nearby Melnik never seemed to close!! Great for us! Karlstejn castle was open on Boxing Day and we had a great tour of it. We recommend visiting this place - loads of shops to browse around too! Thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome. The sauna was a great touch + the DVD player. We thank the owners for such a pleasant welcome.

We were in 11 ! but indeed we enjoyed our stay maybe the only “disappointment” were the two rooms wiht external walking to reach the dining hall but no problems if you are up to 6 people. we found more than expected and everything was in good state and clened. Mnetes is very quite but there are two pubs and we reach parking in center of praha in 30 minutes.Lucie is a nice and well-disposed you can trust on her for any kind af needs.

Our family of four had a fabulous time for two weeks in the Czech Republic. The cottage was lovely. It reminded me of staying at Grandma”s house. With our car rental we visited Terezin, Melnik, Plsen, Konipiste, Kutna Hora, Karlovy Vary, and Novy Bor. We also parked and rode public transportation to sightsee in Praha. Lucie byla skvělá a čekala na náš nedělní příjezd dlouho do noci.

We had really great stay at the house. It was nice to be in Czech – visit Prague and Karlovy Vary and to grill in the evening. Thank you
